- Identify challenges and defining scope
- Outline the role specifications, detail competencies and desired attributes of hire
- Develop search strategy, target sectors and approach
- Identify potential candidates via in-depth original research
- Leverage/source search network to identify additional or alternative prospects
- Research and vet candidates for suitability and interest
- Develop list of potentials for discussion with client
- Consultant-Candidate meetings to establish potential
- Prepare candidate profile for Client/Consultant evaluation
- Facilitate Client-Candidate interviews
- Client-Consultant review of top candidates
- Address candidate and client concerns and opportunities
- Conduct detailed reference checks on preferred candidate
- Assist in structuring and/or negotiating offer
- Candidate liaison during resignation and onboarding processes
- Frequent communication with client and candidate to monitor cultural fit, progress of transition, and additional partnership opportunities
